Different to regular manufacturing business, we are concentrating on the  SMALL quantity production, especially those hard-to-make parts, such as invloving long manufacturing processes and/or requiring ultra high-precision.

• One-Stop Service

We provide one-stop services and deliver the finished mechancial parts. We focus on those parts that are diffcult to make and involving long manufacturing processes. We serve R&D teams and prototyping projects. 

The parts we delivered may involving special processes, such as gun-hole drilling, EDM, Laser welding, Laser clading, HVOF coating, besides the convertional machining, 

• Super Alloy Parts

We make mechncial parts for gas turbines compsution assemblies, Oil well downhole devices. Our products are mainly supplied to the major OEMs of the gas turbine.

We have extensive experience in Ni, Co, Ti, W, Cu alloys etc. Hast-X, HS-188, Inconel718, 625, x750, L-605, 263. BeCu, ToughMet, ..    

• Ultra-high Precision Micro(μm) Machining

We make  ultra-high-precision mechanical parts: orifice ID 9μm, needle OD 20μm;  roughness 0.05 μm; Concentralcity 1μm. We serve the scientific resrach and product deveopment efforts with short lead time.
